Individual Therapy · 개인 심리치료

You do not need to be in crisis. You just need to be ready for something more honest.

I work with adults who are ready to move beyond managing — to understand the patterns beneath the surface and build a life that feels more deliberate and more their own.

  • Chronic invalidation, marginalization, and systemic stress
  • Living between cultures, code-switching, and the grief of belonging nowhere fully
  • Intergenerational trauma and inherited survival strategies
  • Perfectionism, burnout, and the weight of relentless shoulds
  • Ambiguous loss and suppressed identity
  • Holding multiple marginalized identities, including BIPOC individuals who are also gender or sexual minorities
$300 per 50-minute session

This is a self-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of each session.

Have a PPO plan? You may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. I provide a monthly superbill — an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and billing codes your insurer requires — which you submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How PPO reimbursement works: Most PPO plans cover a percentage of out-of-network therapy costs after your deductible is met — commonly 40–70% per session, depending on your plan. Contact your insurer before we begin to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits and your current deductible status. I am happy to answer questions about this process.

Couples Therapy · 커플 심리치료

The patterns between you did not start with this relationship. But they can be understood here.

I work with couples ready to move beyond surface conflict into the underlying dynamics that keep them stuck. My approach is relational and process-oriented — I pay close attention to what happens between you in the room, not just what you report from the week. This includes same-sex couples, intercultural couples, and couples navigating immigrant or bicultural family life.

  • Recurring conflict cycles and emotional distance
  • Cultural and family-of-origin expectations shaping the relationship
  • Navigating identity differences — cultural, religious, generational, gender, or sexuality
  • Rebuilding trust after betrayal or rupture
  • Life transitions that strain the partnership — immigration, parenthood, career shifts, loss

Clinical Supervision & Consultation · 임상 수퍼비전 및 자문

Good supervision does not just sharpen your clinical skills. It shapes who you become as a clinician.

I have over a decade of experience providing clinical supervision and training at university counseling centers. I bring that depth to early-career and practicing clinicians who want supervision that integrates clinical skill, cultural identity, and professional development — not as separate tracks, but as one.

  • Clinical consultation for licensed professionals seeking to deepen their work with BIPOC, immigrant, bicultural, and culturally diverse clients
  • Supervision for early-career clinicians developing their integrative theoretical orientation and clinical identity
  • Consultation on multicultural competence — not as a checklist, but as a lived, relational practice
  • Support at the intersection of personal and professional development
$300 per 50-minute session

Supervision and consultation fees are not covered by insurance and are not eligible for superbill reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of each session.

Reduced rates may be available for pre-licensed clinicians on a limited basis. Please inquire directly.

Leadership Assessment · 리더십 평가

Leading across cultures requires more than competence. It requires a different kind of self-awareness.

I provide comprehensive leadership assessments for professionals whose leadership is shaped by more than one cultural world — international professionals, immigrant leaders, and bicultural individuals in organizational or community settings.

This assessment integrates validated psychological instruments with clinical depth and cultural understanding. Rather than measuring leadership against a single cultural standard, it explores how you lead from the inside out — how you build relationships across difference, navigate between cultural worlds, and where your leadership is ready to grow.
