I provide a monthly superbill, an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and billing codes your insurer requires, and offer support throughout the claims process to make reimbursement as straightforward as possible.
How PPO reimbursement works: Most PPO plans cover a percentage of out-of-network therapy costs after your deductible is met. Contact your insurer before we begin to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits and your current deductible status. I am happy to help you navigate this process.
